About Astrid von Weittenhiller

Since 2010, I've worked with more than 2,000 people from all over the world. In the beginning, mostly with people who weren't sure yet what they wanted. Later, I also trained and mentored coaches.

Today I work with solopreneurs like you. Your business works, you understand it, and you know what needs to be done. Still, something is off, and every choice costs you real energy.

This has nothing to do with discipline. You've grown, while your reference points have stayed the same. Now you see far more options, connections, and consequences. It's easy to lose perspective.

Motivation or better self-management won't solve this. When experience is no longer enough, you need to be clear about what you base your decisions on.

I love people

How I took the long way around to my profession.

My values

Freedom, especially inner freedom, is my most important value.
I can't always do what I want. How I think about it and what I make of it is still up to me.

Relationships on equal footing matter to me too.
Where there's trust, I can be fully myself, strengths and weaknesses included. That goes for our work together as well. With me, you're free to show who you are. And even in the heavy moments, we laugh a lot. We take ourselves lightly and each other seriously.

And then there's my sense of adventure.
I love learning and try out a lot, just to see what suits me. Right now I'm taking on several new languages. I also like figuring out how things work, like the other day, when I reversed my fridge doors on my own. You'll see my curiosity in every session: I want to know what makes you tick.

When I'm not working, I'm happiest outdoors.

I enjoy hiking, rain or shine, often with a backpack and tent. Feel free to say hi if you see me, and don't be surprised if I'm singing to myself.

Talking gear or planning my next trek is almost as much fun.

A few more things about me

I moved away from Stuttgart at 19. Soccer meant nothing to me back then, and yet I cheer for VfB today.

I became a fan of the Fanta 4, a German hip-hop band, right away. They were regulars at my favorite club before they made it big. We've never met, but I am Troy.

I love fantasy, crime novels, and thrillers. I used to do LARP, live-action role-playing, and lived out my own stories in castles and forests. These days I'd rather read. GNU Terry Pratchett!
